Chrissy Brogdon-Dingeldine has served on the SC Center for Fathers and Families Board of Trustees since 2004. She currently serves as chair of the Board.
Mrs. Brogdon serves as Principal Consultant for Policy Studies, Inc. She consults with PSI's full service child support offices to identify innovations in processes and systems to improve its service offering. Through the evaluation of existing standard operating procedures, as well as the limitations inherent in the state automated systems, she assists in the development of complementary technology to create operational efficiencies. She also works to integrate PSI's experience in workforce development into PSI's child support operations through community partnerships and enhanced outreach.
From 2001 through 2003, Mrs. Brogdon assisted in the successful planning, development and implementation of a federally certified child support system for the state of Michigan, where she directed a division of 240 staff. She also served as Project Manager for the Policy and Procedures Assessment of Organizational Assessment Tasks for PSI's evaluation of Connecticut's child support program.
Prior to joining PSI in 1999, Mrs. Brogdon served as Assistant Director for the South Carolina Child Support Enforcement Divison where she directly managed the new hire reporting, license revocation and program evaluation functions for the Division. In addition to serving on the SC Center for Fathers and Families Board, she served on the Board of Directors of the Eastern Regional Interstate Child Support Association (ERICSA) from 1996 to 2006, and was awarded the Associaton's Felix Infausto Award in 2007. The award is presented each year to the ERICSA member who has demonstrated the highest level of outstanding leadership and contribution to the child support community.
