"Being employed by Georgetown Fatherhood Services after graduating from the fatherhood program has taught me so much about what it is to be a strong employee. I've definitely learned a lot about physical labor, but it's really the business side of the job that has caught my attention. I am expected to conduct myself as a businessman, and I've learned how to be professional in the workplace. Both my wife and my mother have noticed that as my maturity level has increased on the job, it has also improved in my personal life. My children are noticing the improvements, too. I have been able to do more for them, which is important to me as a father. Seeing them smile assures me that doing my best to give to them a great dad is making a positive impact on their lives."
