Father to Father Executive Director Honored at Gala

Father to Father celebrated the career of retiring Executive Director William Jenkins on October 19 with a gala in North Charleston honoring his leadership and dedication to fatherhood programs for more than 20 years.  

More than 120 friends, family and members of the community attended the event. Raphael James of Live 5 News delivered the welcome and offered remarks on Jenkins’ impact on the community and his support and guidance to fathers in the Lowcountry.  The speaker for the evening was C.E. Williams Middle School for Creative and Scientific Arts Principal Kevin Smith.

After remarks, Mr. Jenkins was presented with an award to commemorate his achievements.

Father to Father plans to host a fundraising gala each year to honor its community partners.
