Congratulations to Father to Father Inc. for being awarded a $25,000 grant from Facebook for sustaining Black communities. The grant's purpose is to increase the fatherhood organization's reach in the North Charleston area. The funding will help develop new opportunities to increase awareness, visibility, and value around the issues of father absence, societal costs of father absence, and the positive impacts on children’s well-being when fathers are involved.

The programs and services of Father to Father will gain awareness through Facebook marketing and advertising to assist in their efforts to reach the community virtually. The funding will also provide much-needed access to technology for program participants to utilize skills assessment tools, online learning opportunities (GEDs, online training, etc.), r resume preparation, and employment searches.
