SCCFF is participating in the annual “Midlands Gives Day” 18-hour online giving challenge on May 3! We are fundraising to roll out our Reality Check program more widely with a summer camp option, as well as to continue connecting fathers and children with our literacy initiative. Reality Check is a program for male youth aged 16-22 and the two-week summer program, featuring 13.5 hours of specially developed curriculum, is designed to open young male eyes and minds about how the actions and decisions they make in their youth can either help or hurt their transition into adulthood. Our literacy initiative involves installing Little Free Libraries and making sure books are available at our local fatherhood organizations.
